Finolhu Maldives is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Receiving Officer to join its dynamic team. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth flow of resort operations by ensuring that all goods, materials, and supplies are accurately received, verified, and documented.

Key Responsibilities
As a Receiving Officer at Finolhu Maldives, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all receiving procedures and ensuring accurate documentation of goods delivered to the resort.
- Inspecting incoming materials and verifying quantities, quality, and specifications against purchase orders.
- Maintaining detailed records of receipts, returns, and discrepancies for audit and control purposes.
- Coordinating with purchasing, stores, and finance departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of deliveries.
- Monitoring storage areas to ensure goods are handled safely and efficiently.
- Assisting in inventory control, stock rotation, and cost management initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and hygiene standards during receiving and handling processes.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be successful in this role, applicants should have the following qualifications and attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a luxury resort in the Maldives.
- Strong understanding of receiving procedures, inventory management, and documentation accuracy.
- Proficiency in Materials Control systems is required.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and general computer literacy.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Experience in cost control or purchasing will be an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading of supplies.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Open exclusively to Maldivian nationals as part of Finolhu’s commitment to developing local talent.
