- Recreation Attendant (Kids Club & Recreation)
These roles offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing your career in luxury resort jobs. Ideal candidates will be proactive, service-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable moments for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Coordinator: Manage IT systems, troubleshoot technical issues, ensure smooth operation of software and hardware, and provide technical support to resort staff.
- Recreation Attendant: Plan and supervise recreational activities for children and guests, manage the Kids Club program, and ensure a safe and fun environment for all participants.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and schedules related to assigned duties.
- Adhere to resort policies, safety standards, and guest service protocols at all times.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in a similar role at a 5-star property, preferably in the Maldives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural island resort environment.
- Professional, proactive, and guest-focused mindset.
- Relevant certifications or experience for IT or recreational management will be an advantage.
