Key Responsibilities
As an HR & Training Assistant at Baglioni Maldives, your main duties will include:
- Assist in coordinating and delivering staff training programs and workshops.
- Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
