Key Responsibilities
As a Guest Service Associate at Nova Maldives, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

- 1–3 years of experience as a Guest Service Associate in a luxury resort environment; Maldives experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Korean, or Japanese) are mandatory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle guest requests and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of property management systems (Opera preferred) and Microsoft Office.
