Key Responsibilities
As a Lifestyle Host (German Speaker), your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong guest relationships.
- Engaging daily with guests and collecting valuable feedback to enhance their experience.
- Offering detailed information about resort facilities, activities, and services.
- Attending to guest needs and resolving requests or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assisting with translation for German-speaking guests when required.

Qualifications and Skills Required
The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.

- Working knowledge of Opera system is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
