Key Responsibilities
As Mr. / Ms. Friday, your main responsibilities will include:

Acting as the personal host and first point of contact for designated guests throughout their stay

Providing seamless, intuitive service with attention to personal preferences and cultural expectations

Assisting with itinerary planning, reservations, and activity coordination

Communicating proactively with all departments to ensure smooth guest experiences

Maintaining a high level of discretion, professionalism, and warmth in all interactions

Resolving guest concerns with efficiency, empathy, and poise

Supporting the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure, ensuring personalized service at every step

Qualifications and Skills Required
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the desired skills:
Minimum Requirements:

Certified in butler training or equivalent qualification in luxury guest service

1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star or luxury resort setting

Fluency in Japanese and English (both spoken and written)

Experience working in the Maldives or a remote island resort is highly desirable
