We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Front Office Manager to join our award-winning team at Milaidhoo Maldives. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong leadership background in luxury hospitality to make a lasting impact in one of the Maldives’ most celebrated boutique resorts.
As the Front Office Manager, you will lead the front-of-house operations, ensuring that every guest receives a seamless, warm, and personalized welcome from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a proven track record of managing multicultural teams, enhancing guest satisfaction, and embodying the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all front office operations, including reception, concierge, guest relations, and the butler team.

Uphold and elevate the resort’s service standards through consistent leadership and coaching.

Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes while maintaining accurate guest records.

Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.

Collaborate with other departments to deliver a unified and memorable guest experience.

Manage team scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Drive departmental KPIs including guest satisfaction scores and service excellence benchmarks.

Maintain the integrity of Opera PMS and ensure team members are well-trained in its functions.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be successful in this leadership role, applicants should meet the following criteria:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar managerial position at a 5-star luxury resort.

Prior experience overseeing butler or guest relations teams.

A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Strong command of Opera Property Management System (PMS).

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to inspire and lead a culturally diverse team.

A guest-centric mindset with a passion for delivering unique, memorable experiences.

Proactive, organized, and capable of multi-tasking in a high-paced resort environment.
