Demi Chef de Partie (Cold Kitchen - Continental)
Fiyavalhu Resort Maldives is actively searching for a talented Demi Chef de Partie specializing in the cold kitchen and continental cuisine. This role is perfect for culinary professionals eager to develop their skills in a dynamic, high-end resort environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and maintaining high-quality cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and continental specialties. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure that every dish meets the resort’s exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present cold kitchen dishes such as salads, sandwiches, and cold appetizers with precision and creativity.

Maintain consistent quality, hygiene, and food safety standards in the cold kitchen section.

Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and inventory management.

Collaborate with team members to plan and execute daily menus and special event offerings.

Ensure the cold kitchen area is clean, organized, and stocked with ingredients and supplies.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar role as Demi Chef de Partie, preferably in cold kitchen or continental cuisine.
