JOALI BEING is seeking a highly motivated and professional Spa Therapist to join the Wellbeing Department. This role is designed for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional wellness experiences to our guests.
As a Spa Therapist, you will be an integral part of the wellness team, ensuring that each guest receives personalized, high-quality treatments while experiencing the transformative energy of JOALI BEING. General Requirements
Successful candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience in a five-star luxury resort environment.
- Experience in wellness retreats is an advantage.
- Experience in beauty therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing personality, team player, self-managed, with problem-solving skills, adaptability, and resilience.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
- Experience working on remote islands is preferred.
- Passion for leading a healthy lifestyle and creating joyful, meaningful guest experiences.
