Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service consistently, anticipating and exceeding expectations

Operate and manage Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently for smooth daily operations

Assist in multiple food and beverage operations as required, ensuring quality and professionalism

Maintain high standards of grooming and presentation in line with resort policies

Qualifications and Skills Required

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a luxury resort environment

Fluency in both written and spoken English to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Strong knowledge of POS systems and related technology
