Key Responsibilities
As the Reservations Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

Assisting the Reservations Manager and Assistant Reservations Manager in maximizing room sales and optimizing resort revenue

Ensuring all reservations are accurately entered into the system in a timely manner

Monitoring hotel room availability, close-out dates, and overbooking situations

Generating regular reports and keeping detailed records for business planning

Reviewing and maintaining reservations-related systems and adhering to company policies

Ensuring seamless communication with other departments to support smooth guest arrivals

Maintaining a high level of professionalism and hospitality standards throughout all guest interactions
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be considered for this exciting resort career opportunity in the Maldives, applicants should meet the following criteria:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar reservations role in the hospitality sector

Strong knowledge of reservation operations and related software systems

Proficiency in spoken and written English
