Job Title and Description: Head of Operations
Fari Campus is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to oversee the daily management of key service departments, including Laundry, Food Catering, Security, Landscaping, and Housekeeping. This leadership role requires a hands-on manager who can implement efficient processes, maintain high service standards, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for:

Department Management: Supervising daily operations across multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery, adherence to SOPs, and cost control aligned with budget targets.

Team Leadership: Leading and supporting department heads, promoting teamwork, setting clear performance goals, and providing ongoing coaching to enhance professional development.

Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the Director of Campus to develop operational strategies that optimize service quality and efficiency.

Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Preparing departmental budgets, monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating cost-saving measures without sacrificing quality.

Quality Assurance: Establishing service standards, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions to maintain excellence.

Guest Satisfaction: Ensuring high guest satisfaction by promptly addressing feedback and driving initiatives to continually enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
