Crown & Champa Resorts is currently hiring for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead and support the Housekeeping department’s daily operations. This is a luxury resort job that requires strong leadership, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep commitment to upholding our high guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities
As the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will be expected to:

Lead and supervise daily operations within the Housekeeping department.

Provide consistent support and guidance to Room Attendants and House Attendants.

Collaborate with Maintenance for addressing room and property deficiencies.

Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of housekeeping team members.

Maintain strong communication with other resort departments, including Front Office, Spa, and Food & Beverage.

Oversee inventory and manage housekeeping supplies to ensure sufficient stock levels.

Conduct regular room inspections and provide performance feedback.

Uphold resort cleanliness and hygiene standards across all guest areas.

Manage lost and found items following established hotel procedures.

Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

Support scheduling of staff shifts and daily workforce planning.

Inspire a culture of service excellence and motivate the team to perform at their best.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To be successful in this resort career opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook) and expert in Opera PMS and Micros systems.

International hospitality experience is highly desirable.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

A service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenges with professionalism.

Previous supervisory experience is essential.

Energetic, highly motivated, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
