Job Title and Description: Playspace Manager (Game Center)
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Playspace Manager to oversee the daily operations of Kandima’s exciting multi-activity game center. This role is perfect for a professional with at least two years of experience managing entertainment venues, preferably within the resort or F&B sector.
As the Playspace Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team and managing a variety of entertainment options including bowling, billiards, table games, virtual reality experiences, and karaoke. Your leadership will ensure that guests receive an engaging, fun, and seamless experience while supporting operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the game center, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

Coordinate scheduling, training, and performance management for all team members.

Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to feedback or issues.

Oversee inventory control, maintenance of equipment, and safety standards.

Collaborate with other resort departments to promote the game center and enhance guest engagement.
