Current Opportunity: Hostess (Waitress)
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Hostess (Waitress) to join our team at Soneva Fushi. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver impeccable F&B service across our outlets.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through attentive and professional service.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to create memorable dining experiences.

Requirements and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role at a luxury five-star resort or hotel.
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma in hotel management is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to work cohesively within a team.
- Self-driven, proactive, and focused on delivering excellence.
- A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
