Position: HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and employee relations processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee employee benefits, welfare programs, and performance appraisals.
- Provide support for employee training and development.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR professional in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
