Job Title and Description

Kandima Maldives is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join its Human Resources team as an Assistant HR Manager. The Assistant HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the Director of Human Resources in managing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining efficient administrative systems.   • Prepare and submit HR reports, staff lists, and visa documentation to relevant departments.
  • Maintain personnel files, track performance reviews, and support HR administrative functions.
  • Assist in organizing interviews and coordinate with department heads for recruitment needs.
  • Handle employee terminations, final settlements, and related documentation when required.
  • Oversee staff accommodation arrangements, including room allocation, inspections, and maintenance follow-ups.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives such as monthly awards, recognition programs, and celebrations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across HR processes.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the hospitality or resort industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and administrative procedures.
