Job Title and Description
Milaidhoo Maldives is seeking a motivated and professional Waiter to join our dynamic food and beverage team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences in a luxury resort environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the renowned "Milaidhoo Moments" that define our guests' stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, professional, and friendly service to all guests in multiple F&B outlets.
- Operate POS systems efficiently to ensure smooth transactions.
- Assist in the setup and organization of dining areas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high service standards and create memorable dining experiences.
- Actively contribute ideas to enhance the guest experience and service innovation.
- Support multiple F&B operations as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or high-end hospitality environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong knowledge and experience with POS systems.
- Excellent teamwork, flexibility, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Well-groomed appearance with no visible tattoos.
- Creative and innovative approach to guest service.
- Experience across multiple F&B operations is an advantage.
