Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth guest experiences throughout their stay at the resort.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Escort guests to their villas and provide a detailed orientation of the resort facilities and services.
- Deliver personalized butler services that ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned guests during their stay.
- Handle guest requests, reservations, special arrangements, and personalized services efficiently.
- Coordinate buggy transportation, luggage handling, arrivals, departures, and room movements.
- Collect guest payments and perform cashiering duties accurately.
- Maintain and update guest information using Opera PMS and related systems.
- Prepare arrival letters, departure letters, and maintain accurate guest profiles and documentation.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally while ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
- Represent the Front Office department with professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude at all times.
- Support the resort’s commitment to delivering world-class luxury hospitality experiences.
Qualifications and Skills Required
