Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and aromatherapy, tailored to individual guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe spa environment in accordance with resort standards.
- Engage with guests to understand their wellness needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Promote wellness packages and spa services to enhance guest experiences and resort revenue.
- Keep up-to-date with new spa trends, techniques, and wellness practices to provide innovative services.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to ensure seamless guest service and high satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
