Grand Park Kodhipparu Maldives is seeking an experienced and passionate Marine Biologist to join its dynamic team. This luxury resort job is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a strong background in marine conservation and guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing assessment and develop action plans for reef conservation and sustainability.
- Lead coral farming initiatives on the house reef and monitor their progress.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of the house reef based on seasonal environmental plans.
- Develop and implement marine conservation and sustainability programs aligned with resort goals.

- Collaborate with the Marine Sports team to ensure environmental compliance and promote eco-friendly practices.
- Lead sustainability events and activities in line with the resort’s annual environmental calendar.
- Work closely with Learning and Development teams to foster an eco-friendly culture among employees.
- Build partnerships with local authorities, schools, and institutions to support environmental education and community engagement.
- Accompany guests during marine conservation activities and guided reef explorations.
- Participate in internal committees related to sustainability, environment, and wildlife conservation.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum of two previous assignments in a similar Marine Biologist role.
- Degree or professional qualification in Marine Biology or a related field.
- Proven track record in reef conservation, coral propagation, and sustainability initiatives.
