Job Title and Description

OZEN LIFE MAADHOO is currently seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to General Manager to join its leadership team. This luxury resort job in the Maldives is ideal for individuals who excel in administrative coordination, communication, and executive-level support within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating executive schedules, and facilitating communication across departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the General Manager.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings, appointments, and schedules efficiently.

  • Facilitate communication between the General Manager and various departments.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • 4 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a General Manager in a 5-star luxury resort or hotel.
  • Previous experience with an international hospitality brand is required; Maldives resort experience is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in coordinating meetings and managing executive-level administrative functions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Advanced reporting and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

  • Proficiency in Opera PMS, Micros Material Control, and Microsoft Office applications.
