The Villa Host plays a key role in maximizing guest satisfaction by providing highly personalized, responsive, and detail-oriented service. You will take ownership of assigned villas, supervising, assisting, and ensuring cleanliness and maintenance to uphold the resort’s high professional standards. General Requirements
Successful candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian.
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Butler or Villa Host in a luxury resort.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
