Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Spa & Wellness Manager to lead its wellness division. This leadership role is ideal for individuals passionate about crafting exceptional wellness journeys and managing high-performing teams within a luxury resort environment. Key Responsibilities
The Spa & Wellness Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa and wellness operations, including:

- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in luxury 5-star spa operations.
- Diploma or Degree in Spa Management, Beauty Therapy, Wellness, or Hospitality.
- At least 2–3 years of leadership experience in a Spa Manager role.
- Strong operational background in luxury hotels or resorts with full knowledge of LQA standards.
- Proven capability in spa operations management and wellness program development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a multicultural team effectively.
