OZEN Reserve Bolifushi is seeking a skilled and motivated Demi Chef to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in five-star luxury properties who are passionate about delivering high-quality cuisine and maintaining exceptional standards in a professional kitchen.

As a Demi Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the culinary operations of the resort canteen, ensuring meals are prepared efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to the resort’s standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
  • Support the Head Chef and senior kitchen staff in daily culinary operations.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality control.
  • Follow recipes accurately and contribute to menu planning as required.
