Key Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef at Taj Coral Reef Resort & Spa, Maldives, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations across multiple dining outlets.

- Strong understanding of HACCP standards and proven cost-control abilities.
