Job Title and Description
JOALI Maldives is currently seeking a passionate and highly skilled Pilates & Fitness Instructor to join its exceptional wellness team. This exciting luxury resort job is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to promoting health, movement, and well-being while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional Pilates and fitness sessions in line with JOALI Maldives brand standards. This role focuses on creating personalized, engaging, and results-driven wellness experiences for guests of all fitness levels. From private Reformer Pilates sessions to group fitness classes, the instructor will play a key role in enhancing the overall wellness journey of guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates sessions and fitness classes for guests of all levels.
- Conduct private, semi-private, and small group training sessions with a personalized approach.
- Design and implement customized wellness and fitness programs tailored to individual guest goals.
- Provide professional fitness consultations, including assessments and lifestyle recommendations.
- Ensure all sessions align with JOALI Maldives’ five-star service standards and wellness philosophy.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized fitness environment at all times.
- Monitor guest progress and provide ongoing motivation and support.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in Pilates, fitness, and wellness.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Certified Pilates Instructor with Reformer Pilates qualification (international certification preferred).
- Additional certifications in Personal Training, Functional Training, or related fitness disciplines are advantageous.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a luxury resort, high-end fitness center, or premium fitness studio.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate guests.
- Passion for wellness, fitness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, multicultural team.
- Previous experience working in remote island resorts or similar environments is an added advantage.
