Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Spa Therapist at Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, you will:
- Provide professional massage, facial, and body treatments according to Rock Spa® standards.
- Offer personalized recommendations and create memorable wellness experiences for guests.
- Upsell spa treatments and retail products with creativity and enthusiasm.
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the spa area at all times.
- Work closely with the Spa and Recreation team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Demonstrate a professional, friendly, and vibrant personality that aligns with the Hard Rock brand.
- Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To rock this role successfully, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in 5-star hotels or resorts.
- Certification in massage therapy or wellness treatments.
- Strong knowledge of massage, body, and facial therapies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to upsell spa treatments and retail products creatively.
- Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Vibrant energy, fun, friendly, and outgoing personality.
- Team player with a can-do attitude and professional presentation.
- Previous experience in the Maldives or on other remote islands is an added advantage.
