Key Responsibilities
As a Resort Nurse at Siyam World Maldives, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing immediate medical attention to guests and employees when required.
- Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Administering first aid, emergency care, and prescribed treatments as needed.
- Monitoring the health and safety of resort staff and assisting in preventive health programs.
- Ensuring that the resort’s medical facilities and equipment are well maintained and fully functional.
- Coordinating with local hospitals and healthcare providers for emergencies or specialized care.
- Educating staff on health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with resort policies.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Registered with the Maldives Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort environment.
- Responsible, diligent, and capable of managing medical situations with calm professionalism.
- Strong ability to respond and adapt to various medical emergencies and guest needs.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy and ability to maintain digital medical records.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
