Kuramathi Maldives is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern – Reservations to join our Reservations team. Key Responsibilities
As an Intern – Reservations at Kuramathi Maldives, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in managing room reservations and maintaining accurate booking records.
- Supporting the Reservations team in handling guest inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms.
- Coordinating with other resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Providing accurate and timely information to guests regarding rates, availability, and resort services.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation.
- Observing and learning standard operating procedures within the Reservations department.
- Contributing to a professional, friendly, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications and Skills Required
