Atmosphere Kanifushi Maldives is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead its Housekeeping Department. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized, and passionate professional who takes pride in maintaining world-class cleanliness standards and creating exceptional guest experiences.
The Executive Housekeeper will oversee all housekeeping operations across guest accommodations, public areas, and resort facilities. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with operational expertise to uphold the resort’s high standards of luxury and comfort.

Key Responsibilities
As the Executive Housekeeper at Atmosphere Kanifushi Maldives, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all housekeeping operations and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the resort.
- Managing a large multicultural team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Developing and implementing effective housekeeping policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintaining strict inventory control and ensuring cost-effective use of supplies and materials.
- Monitoring and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to meet the resort’s five-star standards.
- Leading by example, fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills Required
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in housekeeping operations within a five-star hotel or resort, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
- Higher education qualification, preferably a degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping best practices and resort operations.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to maintain the highest standards of service and cleanliness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Micros OPERA PMS, and Material Control systems.
- Ability to make quick decisions, solve problems effectively, and handle operational challenges with confidence.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and motivational approach.
- Experience in managing and developing a diverse, multicultural team.
