Job Title and Description

Position: Cluster IT Manager
Location: Machchafushi Island Resort & Spa and Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa, Maldives

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster IT Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Information Technology across both resorts. This is a senior leadership role that ensures smooth, secure, and efficient IT operations while driving digital transformation initiatives aligned with Centara Hotels & Resorts’ corporate standards.

The ideal candidate will lead IT projects, maintain hardware and software systems, manage IT budgets, ensure data security and compliance, and provide support to users across both properties. Key Responsibilities

As Cluster IT Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and managing IT operations across Machchafushi Island Resort & Spa and Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa.
• Maintaining and optimizing hardware, software, networks, and IT infrastructure for both resorts.
• Ensuring data security, compliance, and protection of sensitive information.
• Developing and managing IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Leading technology projects to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
• Providing IT support and training to staff across both properties.
• Driving digital transformation initiatives aligned with corporate standards and strategic goals.
• Monitoring system performance and implementing preventive maintenance plans.

Qualifications and Skills Required

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a senior IT leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing multiple properties or locations is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) and professional proficiency in IT terminology.
