Key Responsibilities
Guest Service Agent (Russian Speaking) responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional front desk service to guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/out process.
- Communicating effectively in Russian and English with guests to meet their needs and expectations.
- Handling guest inquiries, reservations, and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
Dive Instructor responsibilities include:
- Conducting PADI diving courses and guiding certified divers safely during excursions.
- Ensuring diver safety and adherence to diving protocols at all times.
- Managing and maintaining diving equipment in top condition.
- Planning dive logistics, leading daily briefings, and assessing divers’ readiness for certification.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Dive Instructor:
- PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) or higher.

- Minimum 200 student certifications issued and prior diving experience in the Maldives.
