JOALI BEING is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Wine Sommelier to join our Food & Beverage Service team. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a deep knowledge of wines and a commitment to creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
As a Wine Sommelier at JOALI BEING, your responsibilities will include:
- Curating and managing the wine selection to complement the resort’s culinary offerings.
- Providing expert guidance to guests on wine pairing and selection.
- Maintaining proper storage, inventory, and quality control of all wines.
- Collaborating with the culinary team to design innovative dining experiences.
- Delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest interactions in line with JOALI BEING’s wellness philosophy.
- Training and mentoring F&B team members on wine knowledge and service standards.
- Participating in events, tastings, and wine education initiatives within the resort.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort environment.
- Strong knowledge of wine varieties, regions, and service standards.
- WSET Level 2 Certification is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are desirable.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to multitask and solve problems creatively.
- Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and wellness-focused hospitality experiences.
