As a Waiter/Waitress or Hostess, you will play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience, from welcoming guests to providing attentive service and maintaining a warm, professional environment. Key Responsibilities
As a Waiter/Waitress or Hostess at Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional guest service, ensuring that every dining experience exceeds expectations.
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking orders accurately and serving food and beverages promptly.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and hosting areas.

- Passion for delivering high levels of guest service in a luxury resort setting.
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Russian fluency is required for the Hostess role.
- Ability to meet company expectations and business objectives with a flexible schedule.
- Experience handling multi-unit operations or working in large-scale resorts is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar position is preferred, but newcomers eager to begin their hospitality journey are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism.
