Key Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef at Kuramathi Maldives, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations and maintaining food quality standards.
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, focusing on both taste and presentation.
- Managing and supervising the culinary team, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
- Ensuring hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met in the kitchen.
- Contributing to menu development and introducing innovative dishes in line with resort standards.

Qualifications and Skills Required
