Gili Lankanfushi Maldives is seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef (Japanese Cuisine) to join its culinary team. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the successful candidate will play a key role in planning, preparing, and delivering exceptional Japanese culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sous Chef (Japanese Cuisine) at Gili Lankanfushi Maldives, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Executive Chef in the strategic and operational objectives of the kitchen.
