Position: Cluster Chinese Sales Manager
Location: Dusit Thani Maldives & Dusit d2 Feydhoo Maldives

Dusit Thani Maldives is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Chinese Sales Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. This role is perfect for hospitality professionals with a strong background in luxury FIT and wholesale sales, eager to contribute to the resort’s success in driving room, F&B, and function sales.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Cluster Director of Sales, traveling extensively to meet clients, build relationships, and implement effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities

As a Cluster Chinese Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for rooms, F&B, and functions across Dusit Thani Maldives and Dusit d2 Feydhoo Maldives.
  • Traveling extensively to meet existing and potential accounts, establishing strong client relationships.
  • Promoting the resort to Chinese-speaking clients and ensuring culturally appropriate communication.
  • Conducting market research, preparing reports, and analyzing performance to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborating with the Cluster Director of Sales to plan and execute sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Representing the resort at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends to inform sales strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills Required

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or a relevant discipline.
  • Extensive sales experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5-star luxury resort environment.
  • Prior experience working in the Maldives or other luxury island destinations is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional disposition.
  • Result-oriented with a positive attitude and the drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to organize, prepare reports, and analyze market trends effectively.
  • Experience in wholesale and leisure sales is essential.
