JOALI BEING is seeking highly motivated, passionate, and creative individuals for the role of Waiter/Waitress within our Food & Beverage Service team. This is an exciting luxury resort job opportunity for professionals eager to deliver exceptional service in an exclusive wellbeing-focused environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in exceeding guest expectations by providing attentive, personalized service, while embracing the resort’s core values of integrity, passion, and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Assist guests with menu knowledge, dietary requirements, and beverage pairing recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in compliance with resort policies.
- Adapt to guest preferences and special requests with flexibility and a positive attitude.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting daily operations.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a five-star luxury resort environment.
- Experience working in a remote island location is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing personality with a strong team spirit and self-management skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a passion for leading a healthy lifestyle.
- Experience working with and thriving in diverse cultural settings.
