Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media Marketing Manager at Siyam World Maldives, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing social media strategies to enhance the resort’s digital presence.
- Creating, curating, and managing high-quality content across multiple platforms.
- Monitoring performance metrics, analyzing trends, and optimizing campaigns for engagement and reach.
- Managing influencer partnerships and collaborations to increase brand visibility.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure brand consistency in messaging.

- Driving audience growth through SEO, content marketing, and creative storytelling.
Qualifications and Skills Required
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Content Creation roles.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and online community building.
- Meta Blueprint or Google Analytics certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
