Key Responsibilities
As Revenue & Reservations Manager, your primary role will be to drive and optimize revenue through strategic planning and team leadership. Responsibilities include:

Set and manage availability and rate controls

Monitor and communicate inventory levels, restrictions, and discrepancies

Revise and implement proactive revenue strategies to maximize occupancy

Manage third-party OTAs and travel agents; negotiate rates and contracts

Ensure seamless execution of reservation procedures and maximize conversion

Analyze competitive market trends to stay ahead in the local and regional markets

Identify and utilize upselling opportunities for resort services

Apply revenue management principles and strategies across available inventory

Develop and guide a performance-oriented Reservations Team

Foster a customer-focused culture, emphasizing sales techniques and service excellence

Oversee billing processes, contract handling, and ensure operational accuracy
Qualifications and Skills Required

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospitality revenue/reservations or a related field

Proven ability to work in a multicultural island resort setting
