Location: OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI, South Malé Atoll, Maldives
OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI is currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Restaurant Manager (Female) to lead the front-of-house operations of its award-winning dining outlets. This is a luxury resort job that calls for leadership excellence, refined service standards, and a deep understanding of high-end guest experiences.
As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in upholding the resort’s culinary reputation by ensuring seamless restaurant operations, maintaining exceptional service quality, and motivating a diverse team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring top-tier service and guest satisfaction

Manage and train service staff to maintain OZEN’s luxury standards

Develop and implement service procedures and best practices

Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure timely and coordinated service delivery

Monitor inventory, orders, and restaurant budgets to ensure efficiency

Handle guest feedback professionally, addressing concerns promptly and effectively

Uphold hygiene, food safety, and health standards in line with resort protocols

Maintain strong relationships with guests to promote loyalty and repeat business
Qualifications and Skills Required
To qualify for this role, candidates must demonstrate both technical expertise and soft skills essential for leading a team in a high-performance environment.

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity at a five-star luxury property

Strong wine knowledge, with at least WSET Level 2 certification

Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in an additional language is highly advantageous

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong leadership with the ability to manage and motivate a multicultural team

In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Ability to adapt and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, remote island environment

Previous experience working in the Maldives or similar remote island locations is a plus
