Position: Executive Assistant Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the daily operations of one of the Maldives' most vibrant island resorts.

Key Responsibilities
As Executive Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations across all resort departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services

Collaborating with the General Manager to implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and operational performance

Leading and mentoring department heads and team members to maintain service excellence and a collaborative culture

Analyzing operational data and guest feedback to improve efficiency and profitability

Ensuring compliance with brand standards and health and safety regulations

Acting as the main point of contact in the absence of the General Manager
Qualifications and Skills Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the resort or hotel industry
