Key Responsibilities
As a Kidz World Host (Chinese Speaker) at Siyam World Maldives, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, organizing, and hosting fun, safe, and interactive activities for children of various age groups.
- Providing attentive supervision, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participating children.
- Communicating effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates and ensuring their comfort with the activities provided.
- Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for Chinese-speaking guests and their children.
- Adapting activities to suit different cultural backgrounds, ages, and interests.
- Collaborating with the Recreation and Entertainment teams to develop innovative programs and special events for children.
- Maintaining clean, safe, and engaging play areas, equipment, and materials.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort environment.
- Fluency in Chinese and English (both spoken and written).
- Passion for working with children and creating memorable experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to respond to different situations with professionalism.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
