Position: IT Supervisor
Location: Noku Maldives
Noku Maldives is looking for a skilled IT Supervisor to manage and maintain the resort’s technology systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of all IT infrastructure, hotel software, and electronic systems to enhance guest experiences and support resort operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and network systems across the resort.
- Oversee hotel software systems such as Opera, Micros, and other HMS applications.
- Troubleshoot and rectify issues with computer systems, peripherals, audio-video equipment, and other electronic devices.
- Provide IT support to resort departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure data security and backup protocols are followed accurately.
- Train staff in IT system usage and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar IT role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in hotel management software such as Opera and Micros.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for computer systems, peripherals, audio-video equipment, and other electronic instruments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT tasks efficiently.
