Pullman Maldives Maamutaa is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive IT Supervisor to oversee the resort’s technology operations. This role is ideal for a hospitality IT professional passionate about ensuring seamless connectivity and maintaining top-quality hardware and software infrastructure across all areas of the resort.

Key Responsibilities
As an IT Supervisor at Pullman Maldives Maamutaa, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist guests and staff to ensure smooth operation of high-speed internet access across the business center, guestrooms, lobby, swimming pool, meeting rooms, and all resort outlets, including wired and wireless connections.
- Provide technical guidance and advice on computer technology to guests and hotel departments.
- Manage and maintain the resort’s IT infrastructure, including software, hardware, and network systems.
- Support all IT-enabled devices such as notebooks, mobile phones, pocket PCs, PDAs, and video conferencing equipment.
- Ensure seamless integration and operation of hospitality programs and systems, including OPERA, Micros, MC, Sun System, Time Attendance, Payroll, and Call Accounting programs.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 2 to 4 years of further education or equivalent, such as a Professional Diploma or Master’s in Computer Technology and/or Telecommunications.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality IT operations or IT services.
- Knowledge of hospitality software and systems such as OPERA, Micros, MC, Sun System, Time Attendance, Payroll, and Call Accounting programs is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple IT projects and ensure smooth operations across all resort facilities.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
