Job Title and Description: IT Supervisor
DusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Supervisor to join our winning Mavericks team. This luxury resort job offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing the Information Technology department, ensuring seamless IT operations that support both our guests and internal teams. The IT Supervisor will oversee all IT functions across front-of-house and back-office systems, hardware maintenance, data security, and user training. Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall operations of the IT department to ensure smooth functioning of hardware and software systems.

Develop, implement, and maintain IT programs for both Front of House and Back Office operations.

Oversee maintenance of hotel computer systems and personal computers, ensuring optimal performance.

Coordinate data storage, backups, and protection to safeguard company and guest information.

Train and support resort staff on IT equipment and software use to maximize productivity.

Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and deliver effective technology solutions.

Monitor network infrastructure and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 to 4 years of IT support experience in a medium to large organization.
