Qualifications and Skills Required

- Degree or equivalent educational qualifications related to the position.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate a multicultural team.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging work atmosphere.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
