Atmosphere Kanifushi is seeking a highly motivated and creatively driven individual to join its dynamic commercial team as Assistant Manager – Marketing & Communications. Based on-site at the resort, this role plays a crucial part in boosting the global visibility of the brand and supporting all Marketing, PR, and Communication efforts.
You will work directly with the Director of Sales & Marketing and coordinate closely with the broader commercial teams. The position focuses on content creation, brand alignment, digital strategy, press relations, and social media engagement — all essential to the resort’s continued global success.

Key Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager – Marketing & Communications, your role will include:

Managing and updating key marketing collaterals, sales tools, press kits, and media libraries.

Ensuring the resort is accurately represented across all promotional platforms, including online travel agencies and brand websites.

Collaborating closely with internal resort teams to maintain up-to-date guest service and product information.

Supporting the planning and execution of content creation initiatives, including photography and videography projects with media partners and influencers.

Managing the resort's social media presence to drive engagement, reach, and brand storytelling across platforms.

Assisting in digital marketing campaigns and tracking performance metrics.

Coordinating and hosting press visits and media familiarization trips.

Qualifications and Skills Required
