Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Baglioni Maldives, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
- Supporting the F&B Manager in driving service excellence and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Leading, training, and motivating a diverse, multicultural team.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality across all dining venues.
- Implementing operational procedures for efficiency and consistency.
- Managing budgets, cost controls, and inventory within the F&B department.
